According to the concrete tackifier and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, compared with the prior art, the concrete tackifier adopts a molecular crosslinking technology to form a net structure with better wrapping property; the reagent is high in safety, the experiment condition is mild and controllable, and the safety risk is easy to prevent and control; the synthesized product is stable in chemical property, not easy to deteriorate and less in performance degradation within half a year; a plurality of water-absorbing groups are contained in molecules, so that a buffering effect on water can be achieved in a proper pH range, and on-site construction operation is easier; the prepared tackifier is stable in performance, the tackifying effect ranges from 15% to 20%, the tackifier has high adaptability to various cement and aggregates, and the tackifier can be used in cooperation with various concrete admixtures and does not generate negative effects.
本发明提供的一种混凝土增粘剂及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,本发明采用分子交联技术,形成更具包裹性的网状结构;本发明试剂安全性高,实验条件温和可控,安全风险易于防控;合成产物化学性质稳定,不易变质,半年之内性能衰减较少;分子中吸水基团多,在合适的pH范围内,能够对水量有缓冲作用,更易于现场施工操作;本发明制备的增粘性能稳定,增粘效果在15%‑20%,对各类水泥,骨料有较高适应性,并且可与各类混凝土外加剂配合使用且不产生负面影响。
