The connecting piece comprises a base plate and a buckling piece which is arranged on the base plate and matched with the locking piece. The connecting piece composed of the base plate and the buckling piece is matched with the box corner piece to achieve connection of the external modular steel structure, self-locking is achieved under the action of the locking piece, and the purposes of achieving convenient and fast installation of the modular steel structure and improving the installation stability of the modular steel structure are achieved.
