本发明实施例是关于一种多层混凝土复合预制外挂墙板的制备方法,涉及装配式建筑技术领域,主要目的在于提供一种多层混凝土复合预制外挂墙板的制备方法。制备方法包括:向墙板模具内浇筑第一强度的混凝土,并在浇筑第一强度的混凝土上放置加强钢筋组件,浇筑第一强度的混凝土形成第一基层;向墙板模具内放置保温芯层;向墙板模具内浇筑第二强度的混凝土,在所述保温芯层的侧部形成第二基层,至少部分加强型钢位于所述第二基层内,其中,所述第一强度大于所述第二强度;向所述墙板模具内浇筑覆盖层,所述覆盖层覆盖所述保温芯层以及所述第二基层,可以使用较低的成本,制备出较高强度的多层混凝土复合预制外挂墙板,易于实现市场化。
