The invention provides a light steel keel type composite wallboard with a broken bridge layer and an installation method thereof.The wallboard comprises two wall panels, two keel frameworks and the broken bridge layer, the two wall panels are arranged on the outermost side, the two keel frameworks are arranged between the two wall panels in parallel, and the broken bridge layer is arranged between the two wall panels; a plurality of broken bridge layer cushion blocks of the broken bridge layer are arranged at the connecting position between two keel frameworks, an air layer is formed at the non-connecting position, each keel framework comprises a plurality of keel columns, a top guide beam, a bottom guide beam, a middle transverse horizontal support and inclined struts, and a plurality of bolt holes are prefabricated in the sides, close to the broken bridge layer cushion blocks, of the top guide beams, the bottom guide beams and the middle transverse horizontal supports. A plurality of operation holes are prefabricated in the side away from the broken bridge layer cushion block, bolt assemblies penetrate through the bolt holes and the broken bridge layer cushion block to achieve connection of the two keel frameworks, and the wall panels are connected with the keel frameworks on the corresponding sides through a plurality of self-tapping screws. The heat bridge effect can be effectively improved, and the composite wallboard has higher in-plane and out-plane stable bearing capacity.
本发明提供了一种带有断桥层的轻钢龙骨式复合墙板及其安装方法,墙板包括两块墙面板、两片龙骨骨架和断桥层,两块墙面板布置在最外侧,两片龙骨骨架平行布置在两块墙面板之间,断桥层的若干断桥层垫块设置在两片龙骨骨架之间的连接位置,非连接位置形成空气层,龙骨骨架包括若干龙骨柱、顶导梁、底导梁、中部横向水平支撑和斜撑,在顶导梁、底导梁和中部横向水平支撑上靠近断桥层垫块的一侧预制若干螺栓孔,远离断桥层垫块的一侧预制若干操作孔,通过螺栓组件穿过螺栓孔及断桥层垫块实现两片龙骨骨架连接,墙面板与对应侧的龙骨骨架之间通过若干自攻螺钉连接。本发明能够有效改善热桥效应,并使复合墙板具备更高的面内、外稳定承载能力。
