The construction method comprises the construction steps that main building wall steel bars are bound, and wall aluminum formworks are installed; a laminated plate steel support is erected, and a plate strip aluminum formwork and a steel support at the abutted seam position of the laminated plate are installed; a length-adjustable steel support is erected, and a plate strip aluminum formwork and a steel support at the abutted seam of the thick aluminum alloy shaping beam plate and the laminated plate are installed; hoisting the prefabricated laminated slab 4 and horizontally placing the prefabricated laminated slab 4 on the steel support and the wallboard template; laying a PVC pre-embedded wire pipe on the laminated slab and binding top plate steel bar upper iron; integrally pouring concrete above the wall body and the laminated slab; and after the concrete reaches the strength, the wall aluminum formwork, the plate strip aluminum formwork and the steel support are removed. The construction method has the advantages that the roof formwork material is saved, meanwhile, the solid quality of the prefabricated slab and the forming quality of the aluminum formwork can meet the plastering-free standard, and common quality problems are well prevented.
