The invention relates to the technical field of energy-saving buildings, in particular to a multifunctional liftable suspended ceiling which comprises a light steel keel frame. The four connecting rod mechanisms are all hinged to the light steel keel frame, and the four connecting rod mechanisms are symmetrically distributed; the multipurpose ceiling board is arranged below the light steel keel frame and is movably connected with the light steel keel frame through a connecting rod mechanism; the connecting rod mechanism comprises an upper connecting rod hinged to the light steel keel frame and a lower connecting rod hinged to the multipurpose ceiling plate, the lower connecting rod is hinged to the multipurpose ceiling plate through a hinge shaft, an energy storage mechanism is installed on the hinge shaft, hinge holes are formed in the ends, close to each other, of the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod, and the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod are hinged through a cylindrical pin shaft. The multi-purpose ceiling plate and the light steel keel frame are connected through the connecting rod mechanism, the vertical movement mode of the multi-purpose ceiling plate is achieved, and on the basis that energy needed by lifting of the multi-purpose ceiling plate is reduced, the lifting stability of the multi-purpose ceiling plate is improved.
