A pouring formwork comprises a formwork body, an upper supporting plate body and a formwork erecting supporting plate body which are horizontally spliced, a first adjusting nut and a second adjusting nut of a jacking supporting assembly are matched with a screw sleeve, the first adjusting nut abuts against the upper end face of a vertical rod, and the second adjusting nut abuts against the lower end face of the vertical rod. The upper end face of the second adjusting nut abuts against the lower end face of the jacking body, the upper end of the jacking body abuts against the lower end face of the upper supporting plate body, and the lower ends of the vertical rods are supported on the lower-layer foundation face. The invention further provides a supporting method of the reserved post-cast strip beam plate, which comprises the following steps that the jacking supporting assembly is erected, the upper end of the jacking body abuts against the lower end face of the upper supporting plate body, and the lower end of the vertical rod is supported on a lower-layer foundation surface; and after the concrete pouring beam plate reaches the strength, only two sets of jacking supporting assemblies are reserved to support the upper supporting plate bodies of the pouring formworks on the two sides correspondingly till post-pouring belt pouring is completed subsequently. The method is convenient and fast, saves materials and labor, and facilitates later cleaning and scabbling of the post-cast strip.
