Concrete conveyor belt with cleaning device
The concrete conveying belt comprises a conveying belt body and a supporting frame, the supporting frame is arranged below the conveying belt body, a conveying motor is arranged on the inner side of the conveying belt body, the conveying motor is in transmission connection with one side of the conveying belt body, and the cleaning device is arranged on the lower side of the conveying belt body. The cleaning device is matched with the bottom face of the conveying belt. Compared with the prior art, the cleaning device has the advantages that (1) in the running process of the conveying belt, the cleaning device can be started to clean residual concrete on the surface of the conveying belt; and (2) a plurality of baffles are arranged, so that the concrete is prevented from being scattered accidentally during transportation.
本发明公开了一种装有清洁装置的混凝土运输带，包括运输带以及支撑架，所述支撑架设置于运输带下方，所述运输带内侧设置有运输电机，所述运输电机与运输带的一侧传动连接，所述运输带的下侧设置有清洁装置，所述清洁装置与运输带的底面配合。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：(1)输送带在运行过程时，可以启动清洁装置，对输送带表面残余的混凝土进行清扫；(2)本发明设置有多处挡板，避免混凝土运输时的意外洒落。
