UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) reinforcing method for underground cavern
The invention relates to the technical field of urban underground civil air defense engineering construction, in particular to a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) reinforcing method for an underground cavern, which comprises the following steps of: arranging UHPC injection equipment, and enabling an injection orifice of the UHPC injection equipment to be positioned inside the underground cavern; and spraying a certain thickness of spraying UHPC to the surface of a reinforcing base layer of the underground cavern by using the UHPC spraying equipment so as to form a spraying UHPC reinforcing layer on the surface of the reinforcing base layer, wherein the spraying UHPC reinforcing layer is not only a structural protection layer but also a structural reinforcing layer. The method has the advantages that the method can be directly used for jet reinforcement of walls, top arches (or top plates) and beams of underground air-raid shelters, the reinforcement thickness is only 30-50 mm, formwork erecting, net hanging or other auxiliary measures are not needed, and rapid reinforcement of the air-raid shelters can be achieved; and the construction equipment is small and light, has good trafficability, and can adapt to rapid construction in a narrow space.
本发明涉及城市地下人防工程施工技术领域,尤其是一种地下洞室的UHPC加固方法,布置UHPC喷射设备,使所述UHPC喷射设备的喷射口位于地下洞室内部,利用所述UHPC喷射设备向地下洞室的加固基层表面喷射一定厚度的喷射UHPC以在所述加固基层表面形成喷射UHPC加固层,所述喷射UHPC加固层既为结构保护层也为结构加固层。本发明的优点是:可直接用于地下防空洞的墙、顶拱(或顶板)以及梁的喷射加固,加固厚度仅为30‑50mm,无需支模、挂网或其他辅助措施,可实现防空洞的快速加固;并且施工设备小巧、轻便,通过性好,能估适应狭小空间的快速施工。
