The invention relates to an intelligent photovoltaic shutter anti-theft alarm device which comprises a hollow structure window frame, fan blades, a rotating shaft, a transmission strip, a stepping motor and a control system, the rotating shaft is arranged on the hollow structure window frame and penetrates through the fan blades, the bottom of the rotating shaft is connected with the transmission strip, the transmission strip is connected with the stepping motor, and the stepping motor is connected with the control system. The control system comprises a single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is connected with a raindrop detection module, a key module, a power module, a liquid crystal display module, a human body induction module, a clock module and a driving module, and the driving module is connected with the stepping motor. By combining the photovoltaic technology and the intelligent control technology, the angle of the photovoltaic power generation panel is continuously changed, so that the photovoltaic power generation panel can keep facing the sun in the forward direction, the utilization rate of solar energy is improved, meanwhile, combined linkage with anti-theft equipment can be achieved, the use performance of the shutter is improved, and therefore the application prospect is wide.
