The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a precision mechanical part pouring mold, which comprises the following steps: S1, material selection: selecting pure kaolin raw ore; s2, impurity removal, wherein the selected kaolin raw ore is poured into a screening device; and S3, calcining the raw materials to form the cristobalite phase-free M45 mullite. Compared with existing M45 mullite generated from mullite or similar products synthesized from mullite, the method for producing the M45 mullite provided by the invention does not reduce the high-temperature performance, especially the refractoriness, of the material, so that the performance of the material prepared by the method is higher than that of synthetic materials such as mullite and the like, and the material is more beneficial to calcination manufacturing of a mold; meanwhile, the preparation process is simpler and lower in cost, and has popularization and application values.
本发明公开了精密机械部件浇筑模具的制作方法,包括以下步骤:S1、材料选取,选取质纯高岭土原矿;S2、杂质去除,将选取的高岭土原矿倒入筛选装置内;S3、原料煅烧,形成无方石英相的M45莫来石。相较于现有的莫来卡特或者合成莫来石同类产品生成的M45莫来石,本发明提出的生产M45莫来石的方法没有降低物料的高温性能,尤其是耐火度,因此本方法制备的物料性能要高于莫来卡特等合成料的性能,更利与模具的煅烧制造,同时本发明的制备工艺更为简单,成本更低,具有推广使用价值。
