The invention discloses a concrete heat storage material composition and a construction method thereof. The concrete heat storage material composition comprises Portland cement, industrial solid wastes, stones, sand, metal reinforcing wire scraps and water. Wherein the proportion of each component is as follows by weight: 10%-50% of Portland cement, 10%-50% of industrial solid waste, 10%-50% of pebbles, 10%-30% of sand, 5%-30% of water and 3%-15% of metal reinforcing wire chippings. The concrete heat storage material with high economic value is produced by utilizing a large amount of solid wastes generated by a metal smelting plant, a thermal power plant power station boiler or a coal-fired heat supply boiler or an industrial boiler, so that the wastes are utilized, the cost is reduced, and the economic benefits of the smelting plant and the thermal power plant are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土蓄热材料组合物及其施工方法,混凝土蓄热材料组合物包括硅酸盐水泥、工业固体废弃物、石子、砂子、金属加强丝碎屑和水;其中,各组分按照重量计的比例如下:硅酸盐水泥10%‑50%、工业固体废弃物10%‑50%、石子10%‑50%、砂子10%‑30%、水5%‑30%和金属加强丝碎屑3%‑15%。本发明利用金属冶炼厂、火电厂电站锅炉或燃煤供热锅炉或工业锅炉产生的大量固体废弃物,生产高经济价值的混凝土蓄热材料,不但做到废物利用、降低了成本,而且极大提高冶炼厂、火电厂的经济效益。
