The invention discloses a preparation method of a self-flowing castable for a blast furnace tapping channel, which comprises the following steps: putting the following raw materials in parts by weight into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the self-flowing castable: 40-60 parts of compact corundum, 2-10 parts of calcium aluminate cement, 1-6 parts of alumina micro powder, 0.5-2 parts of silicon dioxide micro powder, 4-8 parts of water and 0.3-1 part of a water reducing agent. According to the preparation method, the dense corundum is adopted as the aggregate, the main crystalline phase of the dense corundum is a-Al2O3, the main crystalline phase is larger than 96%, the porosity is smaller than 4%, the erosion resistance of the self-flowing castable can be improved, and the self-flowing castable has excellent abrasion resistance, slag resistance, volume stability and thermal shock resistance at high temperature; the alumina micro powder and the silica micro powder are adopted as matrixes, so that the anti-scouring capability and the flowability of the castable can be improved, and the thermal shock resistance is good; the prepared self-flowing castable has relatively strong erosion resistance and scouring resistance to high-temperature molten iron and slag, and is good in volume stability and long in service life.
本发明公开一种高炉出铁沟用自流浇注料的制备方法,将如下重量份数的原料放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,即制得自流浇注料:致密刚玉40‑60份,铝酸钙水泥2‑10份,氧化铝微粉1‑6份,二氧化硅微粉0.5‑2份,水4‑8份,减水剂0.3‑1份。此种制备方法采用致密刚玉作为骨料,其主晶相为a‑Al2O3,主晶相大于96%,气孔率小于4%,能够提高自流浇注料的抗侵蚀性能,并且在高温下具有优良的耐磨性、抗渣性、体积稳定性和抗热震性能;采用氧化铝微粉和二氧化硅微粉作为基质,能够提高浇注料的抗冲刷能力和流动性,且抗热震好;制得的自流浇注料对于高温铁水和熔渣具有较强的抗侵蚀性能和抗冲刷能力,体积稳定性好,使用寿命长。
