The invention discloses a modified expanded perlite-based phase change material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention relates to a preparation method of a modified expanded perlite-based phase change composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in water to form a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution; s2, impregnating a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution into macropores of the expanded perlite through a vacuum impregnation method, and freeze-drying to obtain graded porous modified expanded perlite with high porosity; s3, the modified expanded perlite adsorbs the phase change material through a vacuum impregnation method, and the modified expanded perlite-based phase change composite material is prepared. The aerogel preparation technology and the porous mineral material are organically combined, the constructed high-porosity graded porous modified expanded perlite can adsorb a large number of phase change materials and effectively prevent the phase change materials from leaking, and meanwhile the constructed modified expanded perlite-based phase change thermal protection building material has excellent heat insulation performance.
本发明公开了一种改性膨胀珍珠岩基相变材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明的一种改性膨胀珍珠岩基相变复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1:聚乙烯醇溶解在水中形成聚乙烯醇水溶液;S2:通过真空浸渍法将聚乙烯醇水溶液浸渍进膨胀珍珠岩的大孔内,冷冻干燥制备得到具有高孔隙率、分级多孔的改性膨胀珍珠岩;S3:改性膨胀珍珠岩通过真空浸渍法吸附相变材料,制备得到改性膨胀珍珠岩基相变复合材料。本发明将气凝胶制备技术与多孔矿物材料有机结合,构筑的高孔隙率、分级多孔改性膨胀珍珠岩可以大量吸附相变材料,并有效防止其泄露,同时构筑的改性膨胀珍珠岩基相变热防护建筑材料具有优越的隔热保温性能。
