Layered grouting reinforcement method for ballast track bed frost boiling and mud pumping treatment
The invention discloses a ballast track bed frost boiling and mud emitting regulation layered grouting reinforcement method. The method comprises the steps that grouting holes are drilled in a ballast track bed frost boiling and mud emitting area to be regulated; a surface layer rapid hardening grouting material, a middle layer grouting material and a lower layer grouting material are sequentially injected into the surface layer, the middle layer and the lower layer of the mud pumping area through grouting pipes which are inserted into the grouting holes and have different depths; and after the grouting material is completely condensed, reinforcement of the frost boiling and mud emitting area is achieved. According to the technical scheme, a non-excavation type grouting reinforcement mode is adopted, grout returning, pollution to the track foundation bed and dismantling of the ballast track foundation bed can be avoided, punching and grouting are conducted on an existing structure foundation, the ballast track foundation bed can be softened through skylight time, and reinforcement and renovation can be achieved on the damage caused by frost boiling and mud pumping; and the grouting reinforcement depth can be improved.
本发明公开了一种有砟道床翻浆冒泥整治分层注浆加固方法,包括:在所要整治的有砟轨道基床翻浆冒泥区域钻取注浆孔;通过插设于注浆孔中不同深度的注浆管,依次对翻浆冒泥区域的表层、中层和下层分别注入表层快硬注浆材料、中层注浆材料和下层注浆材料;待注浆材料完全凝结,实现对翻浆冒泥区域的加固。通过本发明的技术方案,采用非开挖式的注浆加固方式,能够避免浆液返浆、污染轨道基床,避免拆除有砟轨道基床,在既有的结构基础上进行打孔注浆,可以利用天窗时间对有砟轨道基床的软化及翻浆冒泥病害实现加固整治,能够提高注浆加固深度。
