Fabricated concrete pier connecting structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated concrete pier structure which comprises a base, a bearing platform, a lower longitudinal connecting rib, a sleeve lock, a column body, an upper longitudinal connecting rib and a clamping piece. The bearing platform is fixed to the base, and the bearing platform and the base are connected into a whole through the lower longitudinal connecting ribs. The upper end of the lower longitudinal connecting rib is connected with a sleeve lock which is vertically arranged in the upper end surface of the bearing platform; the column body is supported on the upper end face of the bearing platform, the upper longitudinal connecting rib is embedded in the column body, the lower end of the upper longitudinal connecting rib is inserted into an inner cavity of the sleeve lock, the clamping piece is located in a gap between the inner cavity of the sleeve lock and the upper longitudinal connecting rib, and the clamping piece is in an extruded state. According to the bridge pier structure, the connecting steel bars are restrained through the inner clamping pieces, the steel bars and the sleeve locks form a whole, the sleeve locks and the clamping pieces jointly act on the connecting steel bars when the bridge pier structure is vibrated, it is guaranteed that the connecting portions are not damaged due to stress, and the good anti-seismic effect is achieved.
本发明公开一种装配式混凝土桥墩结构,包括:底座、承台、下部纵向连接筋、套筒锁具、柱体、上部纵向连接筋和夹片。所述承台固定在底座上,且两者之间通过所述下部纵向连接筋连接为整体;所述下部纵向连接筋的上端与竖向设置在承台上端面中的套筒锁具连接;所述柱体支撑在承台的上端面上,所述上部纵向连接筋埋设在柱体中,且上部纵向连接筋的下端插入在所述套筒锁具的内腔中,所述夹片位于套筒锁具的内腔与上部纵向连接筋之间的缝隙中,且在该夹片处于被挤压状态。本发明的桥墩结构通过内部夹片对连接钢筋起到约束作用,使钢筋与套筒锁具形成整体,在受到震动时套筒锁具与夹片共同作用于连接钢筋,保证连接部位受力不破坏,起到良好抗震效果。
