Compacted accumulated snow shoveling conveyor
The compacted accumulated snow shoveling conveyor comprises a loading machine, a chain plate type conveyor and a snow cleaning bucket, the middle of the chain plate type conveyor is hinged to a vehicle body on the right side of a cab of the loading machine, the rear end of the chain plate type conveyor extends out of the loading machine towards the upper rear portion, and the front end of the chain plate type conveyor extends to the position of an original vehicle bucket towards the lower front portion; after an original vehicle bucket is detached, the snow cleaning bucket is arranged according to an original connection mode, a first opening slightly wider than the chain plate type conveyor is formed in the center of a rear baffle of the snow cleaning bucket, and after the front end of the chain plate type conveyor penetrates through the first opening, a first driven shaft of the chain plate type conveyor is hinged to a bottom plate of the snow cleaning bucket. The chain plate type conveyor is driven by a first hydraulic motor to operate; and a shoveling and collecting machine capable of continuously shoveling down the compacted accumulated snow and collecting the compacted accumulated snow to the first opening is mounted in the snow cleaning hopper. Snow cleaning and conveying are seamlessly connected, and the snow cleaning and conveying are rapid and efficient.
本发明是一种压实积雪铲除输送机，包括装载机、链板式输送机和清雪斗，链板式输送机的中部与装载机驾驶室右侧的车体上铰接、后端向后上方延伸出装载机、前端向前下方延伸至原车铲斗处；拆卸掉原车铲斗后按照原先连接方式换上清雪斗，清雪斗的后挡板中心开设比链板式输送机宽度略宽的第一开口，链板式输送机的前端穿过第一开口后其第一从动轴与清雪斗的底板铰接；链板式输送机被第一液压马达驱动运转；清雪斗内安装能连续将压实的积雪铲下并归拢至第一开口处的铲除归拢机。本发明清雪运雪无缝衔接，快速高效。
