The seepage drainage system is a system combining horizontal seepage drainage and vertical seepage drainage, a seepage drainage pipeline of the horizontal seepage drainage device is designed to be an S-shaped pipeline, the effective seepage drainage area is increased, the vertical seepage drainage pipeline intersects with the horizontal seepage drainage pipeline, pore water can freely fall into the drainage guiding system by means of gravity, a vacuum pump is additionally arranged in the seepage drainage system, and the drainage guiding system can be used for draining water. And the seepage drainage rate of the whole system is increased, and system clogging is relieved. The flood drainage system is in a full-automatic integrated flood drainage mode, grading is carried out according to the specific condition of the area where the tailings pond is located and the rainfall capacity, and when the rainfall capacity reaches a certain degree and the water pressure measured by the pressure measuring instrument reaches the started rainfall capacity threshold value interval, the flood drainage system of the corresponding grade is automatically started.
