The invention discloses a construction waste machining crushing device, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The device comprises a garbage crusher for crushing garbage, and further comprises conveying pipelines which are mounted on each floor plate and are used for downward discharging, and a supporting flow guider for supporting the garbage crusher; the supporting fluid director comprises a rack, a conveyor and a communicating pipe used for connecting the discharging end of the garbage crusher and the feeding end of the conveyor. The garbage crusher is mounted on the upper side of the rack; the conveyor is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the rack; the output end of the conveyor is matched with the feeding end of the conveying pipeline in an inserted mode. The conveying pipelines are installed on the side faces of the floors in series layer by layer, the supporting flow guiding devices in butt joint with the conveying pipelines are installed on the floor plates of all the floors, the garbage smashing devices are installed on the upper sides of the supporting flow guiding devices, buildings are directly intercepted, smashed and discharged downwards, and the building garbage clearing efficiency is remarkably improved.
