Intelligent railway road sleeper
The invention discloses a railway intelligent road sleeper which comprises a road sleeper body, a mounting groove formed in the road sleeper body, a through groove capable of communicating the mounting groove with the external space, an optical fiber sensor arranged in the mounting groove, and a connecting optical fiber, the end of the optical fiber sensor can penetrate through the through groove. According to the railway intelligent road sleeper, on one hand, the requirement for optical fiber distributed sensing can be met, bending loss of the optical fibers distributed in the road sleeper is reduced, and the length of the vibration sensing optical fibers can be increased according to the requirement for measuring sensitivity; and on the other hand, the method has the characteristics of simplicity and easiness in maintenance, and more importantly, the requirement of automatic maintenance of the track is fully considered, and the maintenance difficulty of the ballast track is not increased.
本发明公开了一种铁路智能路枕,包括:路枕本体,路枕本体上设置有安装槽,路枕本体上设置有能够将安装槽与外部空间连通的通槽,光纤传感器,光纤传感器设置在安装槽内,光纤传感器的端部能够穿过通槽,连接光纤,连接光纤与光纤传感器的端部连接,连接光纤设置在铁轨的下方,该铁路智能路枕一方面能够解决光纤分布式传感的需要,减小光纤布设在路枕中的弯曲损耗,并且可以根据测量灵敏度的需要增加振动传感光纤长度;另一方面具有简捷、易于维护的特点,更重要的是,充分考虑到了路轨自动化维护的需要,不增加有砟路轨维护难度。
