The fishpond can be oxygenated to a certain extent, and the device is more suitable for the fishpond environment; according to the device, an ice layer can be sheared through the shearing block, the sheared ice blocks can be further smashed through the impeller, and the situation that the oxygen content of water is affected due to ice block gathering is avoided; when the ice layer is too thick and the shearing block is difficult to mechanically shear, the heating block in the ice melting device can replace the shearing block and melt the ice layer, so that the application range of the ice melting device is widened; when the device works, fishes can be prevented from being drawn into the device, and the breeding loss is reduced.
