Preparation method of high-temperature-resistant inorganic buoyancy material
The invention provides a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant inorganic buoyancy material, which comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning hollow glass beads with distilled water, and drying at 70 DEG C for 4 hours; (2) mixing the hollow glass beads and a phosphate binder according to a mass ratio of 3: 5 to make the mixture uniform; (3) adding copper oxide powder and inorganic filler boron carbide powder, and uniformly stirring the mixture; (4) pouring the mixture into a six-joint cement rapid test mold for pressure forming; (5) demolding the molded sample, keeping the temperature of 70 DEG C in a drying oven for 24 hours, and drying and curing; and (6) putting the cured sample into a high-temperature furnace, continuously heating to 900 DEG C, calcining for 3 hours, and naturally cooling to obtain the high-temperature-resistant inorganic buoyancy material which is excellent in performance in an environment of 600 DEG C.
