The invention provides a preparation method of nanocellulose reinforced filling slurry, and belongs to the technical field of mining filling. The method comprises the following steps: mechanically stirring and uniformly mixing dry nanocellulose powder and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) powder, performing ultraviolet irradiation treatment at the same time, and adding the mixture into a filling bin through a feeder for mixing and stirring; and after uniform stirring, the filling slurry is pumped and conveyed to an underground goaf through a pipeline for filling construction. According to the invention, the filling slurry is reinforced by compounding the nano-cellulose and the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the nano-cellulose can effectively improve the hydration degree of the slurry, improve the water-retaining property and workability of the slurry and greatly increase the compactness and strength of a filling body, and the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is beneficial to dispersion of the nano-cellulose and acceleration of flocculating settling of tailings, so that the filling effect is improved. The concentration of the filling slurry is improved, and the compactness of a filling body is improved, so that the mechanical property of the filling slurry is improved, and the filling cost is reduced.
