The invention relates to barium titanate PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) ceramic diaphragm tape-casting slurry as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially weighing the following components in percentage by mass into a nylon ball milling tank: 100 parts of PTC ceramic powder, wherein the PTC ceramic powder is prepared by mixing the following main components in molar ratio: 80-90 parts of BaCO3, 15-20 parts of Pb3O4, 100 parts of TiO2, 0.1-0.3 part of Y2O3, 0.01-0.05 part of Nb2O5, 0-0.15 part of SiO2, 15-25 parts of organic solvent, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.3-0.8 part of plasticizer and 15-40 parts of organic binder; zirconia balls with a certain weight are weighed and put into a nylon tank, the mass ratio of the zirconia balls to the powder is 3: 1, and the mass ratio of the zirconia balls with three diameters is 1: 1: 1; putting the prepared nylon ball milling tank into a ball mill for ball milling for 24-48 hours; and sieving the ball-milled slurry, pouring into a vacuum stirring barrel, vacuumizing and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the casting slurry for preparing the barium titanate PTC ceramic diaphragm. The barium titanate PTC ceramic tape casting slurry prepared by the method is moderate in viscosity, good in fluidity, uniform in film formation and free of impurities, and a prepared film is high in tension and good in thickness uniformity.
本发明涉及一种钛酸钡PTC陶瓷膜片流延浆料及其制备方法与应用，将下述组分按质量比顺序称取入尼龙球磨罐：PTC陶瓷粉料100，其中PTC陶瓷粉料主要成分为摩尔组分比混合：BaCO3 80～90，Pb3O4 15～20,TiO2 100，Y2O3 0.1～0.3，Nb2O5 0.01～0.05，SiO2 0～0.15，有机溶剂15～25，分散剂0.1～0.3，消泡剂0.1～0.3，增塑剂0.3～0.8，有机粘结剂15～40；称取一定重量的氧化锆球入尼龙罐中，氧化锆球的质量：粉料质量为3:1，氧化锆球直径分别为3种直径的氧化锆球质量比为1:1:1；将配好料的尼龙球磨罐放入球磨机球磨24～48h；将球磨好的浆料过筛后倒入真空搅拌桶中，抽真空并且搅拌30min得到用于制备钛酸钡PTC陶瓷膜片流延浆料。本发明制备的钛酸钡PTC陶瓷流延浆料，粘度适中，流动性好，成膜均匀无杂质，制备出的膜片拉力高，厚度均一性好。

The invention relates to barium titanate PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) ceramic diaphragm tape-casting slurry as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
