The invention discloses a cast-in-situ bored pile deep foundation pit supporting structure which comprises an ejector rod and two supporting frames, the supporting frames are arranged on the two sides of the ejector rod, limiting grooves used in cooperation with the supporting frames are formed in the side, close to the supporting frames, of the ejector rod, movable grooves are formed in the two sides of the ejector rod, and fixing mechanisms are arranged in inner cavities of the movable grooves. A control mechanism used in cooperation with the fixing mechanism is arranged on the front side of an inner cavity of the movable groove. Through cooperative use of a fixing mechanism, a control mechanism and a first through hole, a pull rod is rotated, the pull rod drives a rotating rod to rotate, meanwhile, the rotating rod drives a fixing column to enter an inner cavity of a movable groove through a rotating plate and extrudes a spring, a user puts an ejector rod on the supporting frame, and the problems that an existing supporting frame is inconvenient to fix the ejector rod, and the supporting frame is inconvenient to use are solved. And the problem that the use of the supporting plate is influenced by the change of the supporting position due to the fact that the jacking rod is very easy to jack up and displace in use is solved.
