The invention provides a reverse construction method vertical structure formwork system and a construction method. The formwork system comprises a wall formwork unit and a column formwork unit. Each wall formwork unit comprises a plate body, a framework and a lifting pouring assembly, inserting grooves are formed in the two sides of the plate body, the framework is arranged on the back side of the plate body, the lifting pouring assembly comprises a pouring head and a lifting component, one end of the lifting component is connected with the framework, and the other end of the lifting component is connected with the pouring head to drive the pouring head to ascend and descend in the height direction of the plate body. Each column formwork unit comprises an arc-shaped section and linear sections, and the linear sections are arranged on the two sides of the arc-shaped section correspondingly. The column formwork units are inserted into the inserting grooves of the wall formwork units through the linear sections of the column formwork units. All parts in the system are prefabricated in a factory, the number of needed units is calculated according to on-site working conditions, standardization can be achieved conveniently, and the construction period can be shortened easily through prefabrication and on-site assembly of formworks in the factory. And by controlling the pouring head to move, the amount of concrete needing to be treated in the later period can be reduced, the construction difficulty can be reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
