The invention discloses an overhanging type awning and an installation method thereof.The overhanging type awning comprises a steel structure keel installed on a wall surface embedded part, the wall surface embedded part comprises a main embedded part and an auxiliary embedded part arranged below the main embedded part, and a main lug plate and an auxiliary lug plate which extend out of the wall surface are fixedly connected to the main embedded part and the auxiliary embedded part respectively; the steel structure keel is formed by mutually inserting and connecting a plurality of keel units which are sequentially arranged in the left-right direction of the wall face, and each keel unit comprises a front end beam, a plurality of main beams perpendicularly welded to the rear side of the front end beam, a plurality of secondary beams perpendicularly welded to the main beams and a plurality of supporting rods perpendicularly welded to the bottom of the front end beam. The rear end of the main beam is bent upwards to be detachably connected with a main lug plate on the main embedded part, the rear end of the supporting rod is bent downwards to be detachably connected with an auxiliary lug plate on the auxiliary embedded part, and the end of the front end beam is detachably connected with a sleeve core which is adjustable in vertical position and used for being connected with the front end beam in an adjacent keel unit in an inserted mode. The problems of water accumulation and slow construction can be further solved.
本发明公开了一种悬挑式雨篷及其安装方法,其中悬挑式雨篷包括安装在墙面埋件上钢结构龙骨,所述墙面埋件包括主埋件及布置在该主埋件下方的副埋件,在主埋件和副埋件上分别固接有伸出墙面布置的主耳板和副耳板,所述钢结构龙骨由若干沿墙面左右方向依次布置的龙骨单元相互插装连接而成,所述龙骨单元包括前端梁、若干垂直焊接在前端梁后侧的主梁、若干垂直焊接在主梁上的次梁和若干垂直焊接在前端梁底部的撑杆,主梁后端向上弯曲与主埋件上的主耳板可拆卸连接,撑杆后端向下弯曲与副埋件上的副耳板可拆卸连接,在前端梁端部可拆卸连接有上下位置可调的用于与相邻龙骨单元中前端梁相插装连接的套芯。本发明可进一步解决积水、施工缓慢的问题。
