The invention belongs to the technical field of building decoration, and particularly relates to a skirting line, in particular to a sealable and adjustable skirting line adjusting plate structure which comprises an adjusting plate used in cooperation with a skirting plug connector and used for adjusting the overall height of the skirting line, and the adjusting plate comprises an upper cuttable part and a lower fixing part. A mounting groove is formed in the bottom of the fixed part, and a sealing strip is mounted in the mounting groove. The adjusting plate is improved, the cutting part is designed, cutting is carried out according to different height requirements, and different requirements are met.
