The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a device and method for pouring concrete into a steel pipe column. The device for pouring concrete into the steel pipe column comprises a supporting plate, a lifting assembly and a pouring assembly. The supporting plate is arranged at the top end of the steel pipe column. The lifting assembly comprises a threaded worm rotationally arranged on the supporting plate and a lifting plate adjustably arranged on the threaded worm, and the threaded worm rotates to drive the lifting plate to do reciprocating lifting motion in the axial direction of the threaded worm; the grouting assembly comprises a funnel, a grouting pipe and a plurality of limiting rings, the grouting pipe is formed by sequentially and detachably connecting a plurality of pipe bodies in the axial direction, one end of the grouting pipe is contained in the steel pipe column, the other end of the grouting pipe penetrates through the supporting plate and the lifting plate to be detachably connected to the funnel, and the limiting rings are detachably connected to the pipe bodies, extending out of the steel pipe column, of the grouting pipe correspondingly. And the supporting plate can selectively abut against the lifting plate and/or the supporting plate. The device for pouring the concrete into the steel pipe column is low in operation difficulty, high in safety and capable of guaranteeing dense inner pouring.
