Hydraulic damping hinge
The invention relates to a hydraulic damping hinge which comprises a shell, a damping shaft is installed in the shell and filled with damping liquid, at least two damping blades are arranged on the damping shaft and can be driven by the damping shaft to rotate, all the damping blades are first blades or comprise the first blades and second blades, at least one one-way valve is arranged on each first blade, and at least one one-way valve is arranged on each second blade. At least one liquid passing hole is formed in the second blade, the spaces in front of and behind the damping blade are blocked by the damping blade but can be in one-way communication through a one-way valve or always communicated through the liquid passing hole, the one-way valve comprises a valve body and a valve element arranged in the valve body, and a valve port and a liquid flowing port which are communicated with the spaces in front of and behind the first blade respectively are formed in the valve body; the damping liquid can push the valve element to block the valve port to close the one-way valve or push the valve element to break away from the valve port to open the one-way valve. The hydraulic damping hinge can achieve the effects of fast forward rotation and slow reverse rotation, and is simple in structure, reliable in work and low in manufacturing cost.
本发明涉及一种液压阻尼铰链,包括壳体,壳体内安装有阻尼轴并充满阻尼液,阻尼轴上设置有至少两片阻尼叶片,阻尼轴能驱动阻尼叶片转动,阻尼叶片全部是第一叶片或者包括第一叶片和第二叶片,第一叶片上设置有至少一个单向阀,第二叶片上设置有至少一个通液孔,阻尼叶片前后的空间被阻尼叶片阻隔但能通过单向阀单向连通或者通过通液孔始终连通,单向阀包括阀体和设置在阀体内的阀芯,阀体上设置有分别与第一叶片前后的空间连通的阀口和流液口,阻尼液能推动阀芯堵塞阀口而关闭单向阀或者推动阀芯脱离阀口而开启单向阀。本发明的液压阻尼铰链,能实现快速正转、慢速反转的效果,而且结构简单,工作可靠,制造成本也低。
