The basement civil air defense structure comprises a basement body, one side plate of the basement body is provided with an entrance and a sliding groove which are communicated with each other, an anti-explosion door is arranged in each sliding groove in a sliding mode, a driving mechanism is arranged on the basement body, and the driving mechanism comprises a sliding assembly and a linkage assembly; the sliding assembly comprises a first supporting block, a rotating rod, a straight gear and a rack, the first supporting block is fixed to the basement body, the rotating rod is arranged on the first supporting block in a penetrating mode and rotationally connected with the first supporting block, and the straight gear is arranged on the rotating rod in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with the rotating rod; the rack is fixed on the explosion-proof door, and the straight gear is meshed with the rack; the linkage assembly is used for driving the rotating rod to rotate. The explosion door opening and closing efficiency of workers is improved.
