The invention relates to the technical field of refractory castable, in particular to a method for preparing refractory castable from waste refractory materials, which sequentially comprises the following steps: sorting: sorting the recycled waste refractory materials according to the aluminum content and condition, and removing impurities; crushing: the sorted waste refractory material is crushed, and qualified materials of 3-12 mm are screened; the aggregate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12-40 parts of a waste refractory material, 10-18 parts of bauxite and 19-40 parts of corundum; the powder material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 13 to 23 parts of silicon carbide, 5 to 10 parts of asphalt, 2 to 6 parts of binding agent, 0.03 to 0.06 part of explosion-proof fiber, 0.15 to 0.28 part of boron carbide powder, 1 to 2 parts of metal aluminum powder and 0.15 to 0.24 part of water reducing agent; the adjusting material comprises 2-40 parts of high-aluminum bauxite or high-aluminum corundum; mixing: firstly, putting the powder into a stirrer, stirring for 6-8 minutes, then adding the aggregate and the adjusting material into the stirrer, and stirring for 3-5 minutes; and packaging: packaging the uniformly stirred and mixed materials.
