Method for treating cyanidation tailing sludge and simultaneously preparing ceramsite
The invention discloses a method for treating cyanidation tailing sludge and simultaneously preparing ceramsite. The method comprises the following steps: 1) dispersing blocky cyanidation tailing sludge by adopting a dispersing machine; 2) conveying the cyanidation tailing sludge, bentonite and water to a vertical turbulent flow stirrer, and uniformly mixing and stirring to form a mixed material; (3) making the obtained mixed material into spherical or columnar raw material balls through a pelletizing disc or an extrusion pelletizer; 4) drying the raw material pellets in a dryer to prepare dry pellets; (5) the dry pellets are fed into a cascade type rotary kiln, and semi-finished pellets are output; and (6) feeding the semi-finished product pellets into a vibration boiling dryer, enabling the semi-finished product pellets to be in a semi-suspended boiling state, reducing the water content of the semi-finished product pellets to be below 1% within 5-10 minutes, and preparing a ceramsite finished product. According to the method, sulfur in the cyanidation tailings is removed, the heavy metal in the pellets can be solidified in the finished ceramsite, the leached heavy metal is less, and the method has the advantages of being simple in process, free of pollution and capable of turning waste into wealth.
本发明公开了一种氰化尾渣污泥的处理同时制备陶粒的方法,1)将块状的氰化尾渣污泥采用打散机打散;2)将氰化尾渣污泥、膨润土、水输送至立式紊流搅拌机混合搅拌均匀形成混合物料;3)将获得的混合物料通过成球盘或挤压造粒机,制成球状或柱状的生料球;4)将生料球放入烘干机中烘干,制成干料球;5)将干料球送入瀑落式回转窑,输出为半成品料球;6)将半成品料球送入振动沸腾烘干机,半成品料球处于半悬浮的沸腾状态,5‑10min内半成品料球的含水量降至1%以下,制成陶粒成品。本发明实现了氰化尾渣中硫的清除,并且可以使料球中重金属固化在成品陶粒中,浸出的重金属较少,具有工艺简单、无污染和变废为宝的优点。
