The invention discloses an anti-overturning device and method for a prefabricated anti-collision wall small box girder boundary beam. The anti-overturning device comprises a pull lug (1), a hanging ring (2), a connecting plate (3) and a pull rod (4). The pull lug (1) is installed on the cover beam (5) in an embedded mode, the upper end of the pull lug (1) forms an annular structure above the cover beam (5), the lower end of the hanging ring (2) is connected with the pull lug (1) through the annular structure, and the upper end of the hanging ring (2) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (3). The lower end of the pull rod (4) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (3), and the upper end of the pull rod (4) is adjustably connected with the box girder (6), so that the anti-overturning device is rigidly tied between the cover beam (5) and the box girder (6). On the basis of not influencing the structural performance of the box girder and the cover beam and the subsequent construction operation, rigid pulling connection is formed between the box girder boundary beam and the cover beam top, and the box girder is effectively prevented from overturning due to the bias pressure weight of the anti-collision wall.
