The invention discloses a bridge construction method of a full framing cast-in-place box girder, which comprises the following steps: step 1, laying a cushion layer, step 2, erecting a template bracket, step 3, installing pre-pressing equipment and pre-pressing, and the pre-pressing equipment comprises track bed boards arranged on two sides of the template bracket, standard knots which are mutually fixed in the up-down and front-back directions are arranged on the track bed board in a sliding mode, the upper portions of the standard knots on the left side and the right side are mutually connected through a plurality of reinforcing frames, a fixing plate is arranged on the standard knot on the uppermost portion, the upper portion of the fixing plate is connected with a force bearing column, and a top plate is arranged on the top of the force bearing column. According to the construction method, an operator on each top plate only needs to operate a reversing valve of a hydraulic pump to realize stretching of a top rod of a hydraulic cylinder, so that a weight box pulled by a pulling rope is downwards pressed and upwards separated from the top of the template bracket, and the whole pre-pressing equipment can be pulled to the periphery of the next to-be-pre-pressed template bracket through a tractor; compared with the prior art that the pre-pressing blocks are hoisted to the formwork support one by one through a crane, pre-pressing construction is convenient.
本发明公开了一种满堂支架现浇箱梁的桥梁施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:铺设垫层,步骤二:搭设模板支架,步骤三:安装预压设备并进行预压,其中,预压设备包括设置在模板支架两侧的轨道铺板,轨道铺板上滑动设置有上下前后方向相互固定的标准节,左右两侧标准节的上部通过若干个加固框相互连接,最上部标准接上设置有固板,固板的上部连接有承力柱且承力柱的顶部设置有顶板,步骤四:安装钢筋基础。本发明施工方法只需各个顶板上的操作人员操作液压泵的换向阀,实现液压缸的顶杆伸缩,从而使得由牵引绳牵引的配重箱下压和上离模板支架的顶部,并且通过牵引车能够将整个预压设备牵引至下一待预压的模板支架外围,相对现有的采用吊机逐个吊预压块至模板支架上,预压施工方便。
