Anti-icing system for spillway gate of hydropower station
The invention provides an anti-icing system for a spillway gate of a hydropower station, which comprises a bottom hole electric heating ice melting device arranged at a spillway bottom hole radial gate, and a surface hole electric heating ice melting device and a bubble ice melting device which are arranged at a surface hole radial gate, the bottom hole electric heating ice melting device and the surface hole electric heating ice melting device are arranged on a bottom hole and a lintel of the surface hole arc-shaped gate correspondingly and used for preventing icing between the arc-shaped gate and a rail. The bubble ice melting device is arranged on the upstream side of the surface hole arc-shaped gate and used for making the water surface generate bubbles to achieve ice melting. The electric heating ice melting device is additionally arranged at the gate track, meanwhile, the bubble ice melting device is additionally arranged at the surface hole arc-shaped gate track, the safety and reliability of the SK hydropower station spillway during power generation are greatly improved through application of the electric heating ice melting device and the bubble ice melting device, and the fault maintenance cost of the arc-shaped service gate in later power generation is greatly saved.
本发明提供了一种用于水电站溢洪道闸门防冰系统,包括设置在溢洪道底孔弧形闸门处的底孔电加热融冰装置、以及设置在表孔弧形闸门处的表孔电加热融冰装置和气泡融冰装置,所述底孔电加热融冰装置和表孔电加热融冰装置分别设置在底孔和表孔弧形闸门的门楣上用于防止弧形闸门与轨道间结冰,所述气泡融冰装置设置在表孔弧形闸门上游侧用于使水面产生气泡实现融冰;本发明在闸门轨道处增加电加热融冰装置,同时在表孔弧形闸门轨道处增加气泡融冰装置,电加热融冰装置和气泡融冰装置的应用大大提高了SK水电站溢洪道在发电时的安全可靠性,大大节约因后期发电中弧形工作闸门故障维修成本。
