The invention relates to the field of water treatment, river and lake regulation and pond culture, in particular to a cleaning device for liquid surface foam, float sludge and sundries, which comprises an arc-shaped floating body; the floating body wraps the periphery of the suction equipment in a semi-surrounding mode, and the suction equipment is connected with the floating body through an adjustable rod; the propelling equipment is connected with the floating body; the cleaning equipment is connected with the suction equipment; and the balancing device is arranged on the floating body. The device is flexible in operation, can be remotely controlled through a wireless controller, is provided with a high-power motor, is cleaner and more efficient in suction, is light and portable in design, is suitable for different occasions and different purposes, cleans liquid surface foam by using a physical method, and reduces secondary pollution of a chemical treatment agent.
