Anti-overturning post-tensioned prestressed tubular fan foundation structure
The anti-overturning post-tensioned prestressed tubular fan foundation structure mainly comprises an inner corrugated cylinder and an outer corrugated cylinder which are arranged in a foundation pit to be constructed, the outer corrugated cylinder is arranged on the periphery of the inner corrugated cylinder in a sleeving mode, a first concrete part is poured between the outer corrugated cylinder and the inner corrugated cylinder, and a plurality of connecting assemblies are embedded in the first concrete part; each connecting assembly comprises a fastener, an anchor sealing plate and a prestressed part, the lower end of each prestressed part is pre-buried in the corresponding first concrete part, and the upper end of each prestressed part is subjected to prestressed tension anchor sealing through the corresponding anchor sealing plate and is connected with an external fan tower through the fastener; a second concrete part is poured between the periphery of the outer corrugated cylinder and the foundation pit, a supporting frame is arranged above the second concrete part, the lower surface of the supporting frame is connected with the upper end face of the first concrete part and the upper end face of the second concrete part, and one side end of the supporting frame is buried in the ground. The upper end of each prestress piece penetrates through the supporting frame and is connected with the fan tower barrel. The structure is simple, the cost is low, and the anti-overturning capacity is high.
本发明提供一种抗倾覆的后张法预应力管状风机基础结构,主要包括设置于待施工基坑内的内波纹筒和外波纹筒,其中外波纹筒套设于内波纹筒的外围且二者之间浇筑设有第一混凝土件,第一混凝土件内预埋有多个连接组件,每一连接组件包括紧固件、锚封板和预应力件,其中预应力件的下端预埋于第一混凝土件内、上端通过锚封板进行预应力张拉封锚并通过紧固件与外部风机塔筒连接;外波纹筒的外围与基坑之间浇筑设有第二混凝土件,第二混凝土件的上方设有支撑架,支撑架的下表面分别与第一混凝土件和第二混凝土件的上端端面连接且支撑架的一侧端埋入地内,各预应力件的上端均贯穿支撑架并与风机塔筒连接。本发明结构简单,成本低,具有较强的抗倾覆能力。
