The invention discloses an anti-clogging drainage structure for road administration and a drainage method. The anti-clogging drainage structure comprises a drainage unit and a flushing unit, the drainage unit comprises a water inlet pipe and a three-way pipe communicated with the water inlet pipe; a flushing sleeve and a drain pipe are arranged at two ends of the three-way pipe away from the water inlet pipe; a plurality of permeable holes are formed in one section, in the cutting slope, of the water inlet pipe; the flushing unit comprises a flushing pipe; the three-way pipe can drain underground water into a side ditch located below the cutting slope through the water drainage pipe after the underground water enters the water inlet pipe through the water permeable hole to be converged. Or during flushing operation, water is injected into the water inlet pipe through the flushing pipe via the flushing sleeve, so that the air pressure in the water inlet pipe is increased, and the sludge water is pressed to be discharged into the side ditch from the water drainage pipe. The water inlet pipe can be flushed and dredged through the flushing device, the permeable geotextile wrapping the water inlet pipe can be reversely flushed through pressure water, the water permeability of the permeable geotextile is recovered, and the drainage effect of the drainage device is improved.
