A prefabricated non-bearing wallboard comprises a main body and an outer protective layer, the main body comprises a supporting layer and an inner layer connected with the supporting layer, the weight of the inner layer is lighter than that of the supporting layer, and reinforcing layers are arranged on the two outer side faces of the main body in the length direction and used for protecting and fixing the main body. The waste tire rubber is applied to the engineering field in a recycling manner, so that the environmental burden is reduced, the building material meeting the actual engineering requirements is produced, the self weight of the material is reduced, the requirement of light self weight of a non-bearing wall is met, and meanwhile, the material has the advantages of cracking resistance, low manufacturing cost, heat insulation and sound insulation.
一种预制非承重墙板,包括主体和外护层,所述主体包括支撑层以及与所述支撑层连接的内层,所述内层的重量轻于所述支撑层,以及,外护层,所述加固层设置于所述主体长度方向的两外侧面,用于所述主体的防护与固定。本发明将废弃的轮胎橡胶以回收再利用的方式应用于工程领域中,既减轻了环境负担,又生产出满足实际工程需求的建筑材料,降低了材料的自重,符合非承重墙轻自重的要求,同时具有防开裂、造价低和隔热隔音的优点。
