Prestressed concrete structure

The structure comprises prestressed tendons arranged in a concrete cylindrical shell, and the prestressed tendons are arranged in a crossed mode; the applying end of the prestressed tendon comprises a fixing ring, a wedge-shaped clamping piece, an anchor ring, an adjusting nut and an applying end pressure-bearing base plate; the anchoring end comprises a fixing end pressure-bearing base plate, a fixing ring, a wedge-shaped clamping piece and an anchor ring; the adjusting nut is screwed in, so that the adjusting nut moves relative to the wedge-shaped clamping piece, the anchor ring and the prestressed tendon, and prestress is applied to the prestressed tendon while the wedge-shaped clamping piece is clamped. The clamping piece type anchorage device is simple in principle, few in internal elements and convenient to operate, the existing defects of a common clamping piece type anchorage device can be effectively overcome, and a good anchoring effect is formed between the prestressed tendons and the surface of the concrete cylindrical shell.
本发明公开了一种预应力混凝土结构。大跨度建筑中,混凝土结构的跨度越大,自重越大,变形也越大。本发明包括设置于混凝土圆柱面壳内的预应力筋,预应力筋采用交叉布置方式;预应力筋的施加端包括固定环、楔形夹片、锚环、调节螺母、施加端承压垫板,锚固端包括固定端承压垫板、固定环、楔形夹片、锚环;通过拧进调节螺母,使其与楔形夹片、锚环、预应力筋产生相对运动,对楔形夹片实现夹紧作用的同时,给预应力筋施加预应力。本发明原理简单,内部原件较少且操作便捷,能够有效改善普通夹片式锚具的既有缺陷,使预应力筋与混凝土圆柱面壳表面形成良好的锚固效果。
