The novel energy-saving building waterproof heat preservation roof structure comprises a structural layer, a slope making layer, a first waterproof heat preservation layer, a leveling layer, a second waterproof heat preservation layer and a surface layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein heat insulation layers are arranged between the slope making layer and the first waterproof heat preservation layer and between the second waterproof heat preservation layer and the surface layer; a multi-layer waterproof heat-preservation structure can be laid without increasing the thickness of the roof, additional construction machines and tools are not added, the roof is simple in structure and rapid in construction, energy consumption in the construction process is effectively reduced, the heat-preservation waterproof performance of the roof is effectively improved, damage and erosion to the internal structure of a building due to rainwater leakage are reduced, and the service life of the roof is prolonged. Loss of indoor heat radiation and entrance of outdoor heat radiation are prevented to a great extent, the maintenance cost and use of an air conditioner are reduced, and the living comfort of residents is improved.
