Glass fiber aerogel thermal-insulation decorative board and thermal-insulation decorative finished board
A glass fiber aerogel thermal insulation decorative board and a thermal insulation decorative finished board comprise a back lining board used for being fixed to a wall base layer, a thermal insulation layer laid and attached to one face of the back lining board and a panel laid and attached to the thermal insulation layer, the back lining board is a cement fiber pressing board, the thermal insulation layer is a glass fiber aerogel thermal insulation layer, and the panel is a ceramic thin board. The back lining plate, the heat preservation layer and the panel are pressed and tightly compounded into an integral plate, the glass fiber aerogel heat preservation layer has the best advantage in heat preservation and heat insulation performance, generally, aerogel felt with the thickness of 10 mm can achieve the thermal effect of traditional rock wool and glass wool with the thickness of 30-50 mm, and the aerogel felt is good in waterproof effect, fireproof, flame-retardant and free of pollution; the ceramic sheet veneer is attractive, natural, free of color difference, resistant to acid and alkali, high in antifouling power, good in decorative effect, excellent in physical performance, high in strength and hardness and good in toughness, and can greatly reduce the load of a building when serving as a decorative material. The back lining plate, the thermal insulation layer and the panel are pressed and tightly compounded into a whole, and the installation process is simple.
