Through the design that a limiting shaft is arranged at a second sub-groove, when a first piston and a second piston integrally move rightwards, hydraulic oil in a third cavity pushes a sliding plug to drive the limiting shaft to move to block the second sub-groove, and when the first piston and the second piston move leftwards, the limiting shaft slowly moves by a certain distance and then is separated from the second sub-groove, door static delay can be achieved; therefore, when the door cannot be opened by a larger angle, delayed closing of the door is always kept at 90 degrees, the delayed closing effect of the door is improved, and people can conveniently push large and heavy goods to pass through the door.
