The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an auxiliary rail transverse support of a hoistway frame, which comprises the following steps of: cutting and blanking a metal plate to manufacture a material plate; two longitudinal first bending lines are set on the material plate, two transverse second bending lines are set on the material plate, the second bending line located on the upper portion is flush with the upper edge of the supporting part, and the second bending line located on the lower portion divides the lower side portion of the supporting part into mounting plates; bending towards one side along the second bending line, then bending towards the other side along the second bending line, and finally bending the supporting part towards the upper rib part and the lower rib part along the first bending line to prepare a blank; welding is conducted on a gap between the upper rib part and the supporting part, and welding is conducted on a gap between the lower rib part and the mounting plate; the invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a manufacturing method for manufacturing the auxiliary rail transverse support of the hoistway frame, which is convenient to machine, small in size and high in strength.
