The invention discloses a precast concrete pile tensioning supporting assembly and a tensioning device. The precast concrete pile tensioning and supporting assembly comprises a main reinforcement end limiting piece and a fixing piece, the main reinforcement end limiting piece is provided with a first through hole with the diameter smaller than that of a main reinforcement end and a mounting opening allowing a main reinforcement to slide into the first through hole from the side face, and the fixing piece is provided with a second through hole and a fixing part capable of fixing the fixing piece to a tensioning device. The ends of the main reinforcements can penetrate through the second through holes. The tensioning device comprises the tensioning and supporting assembly for the precast concrete pile. The prefabricated concrete pile tensioning supporting assembly is low in cost, easy to operate in the using process and easy to disassemble and assemble, and the production efficiency is guaranteed.
