The invention relates to the field of cement production, discloses composite cement of stainless steel slag tail mud and furnace slag and a preparation method of the composite cement, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problem of high production cost of the composite cement in the prior art. Comprising the following components: 50-100 parts of Portland cement clinker, 20-30 parts of stainless steel tailings, 7-9 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 30-45 parts of an activator, 20-30 parts of slag and 20-30 parts of silica fume. The stainless steel slag and the furnace slag both have potential hydraulic gelling performance and can show good gelling performance after being mixed and excited by the gypsum, the activating agent can well excite activity in minerals, and then the activating agent is used for preparing the composite cement. According to the present invention, the use amount of the cement clinker can be substantially reduced, the strength of the composite cement can be improved, the production cost can be reduced, and the silica fume is added, such that the finally produced cement has characteristics of high water resistance, rapid curing speed and easy promotion and application.
本发明涉及水泥生产领域,公开了一种不锈钢渣尾泥和炉渣的复合水泥及其制备方法,针对现有技术中的复合水泥生产成本高的问题,现提出如下方案,其按重量份计,包括以下组分:硅酸盐水泥熟料50‑100份、不锈钢尾渣20‑30、脱硫石膏7‑9、活化剂30‑45、炉渣20‑30和硅灰20‑30份。本发明通过利用不锈钢钢渣和炉渣,两者均具有潜在水硬胶凝性能,两者混合再经过石膏激发后能显现出良好的胶凝性,而活化剂则是可以很好的激发矿物中的活性,然后将其用于制备复合水泥,能够极大的降低水泥熟料的用量的同时可以提高复合水泥的强度,降低生产成本,同时硅灰的加入,使得最终生产出来的水泥具有较高的耐水性,而且固化速度快,易于推广使用。
