Polycarboxylate superplasticizer graphene additive and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent graphene additive. The additive is composed of a graphene solution and a water reducing agent mother solution. A preparation method of the graphene liquid comprises the following steps: 1) pre-cooling hydrogen peroxide to 10 DEG C or below; (2) pouring hydrogen peroxide into a reaction kettle, adding organic acid to enable a solution system to be weakly acidic, fully stirring, pouring expanded graphite powder into the reaction kettle, and fully stirring; (3) mixing and uniformly stirring oxyhydrogenase and pure water, and adding the mixture into the reaction kettle; 4) raising the temperature of the reaction kettle system, and pumping the materials in the reaction kettle into a heater until no bubble exists in the reaction kettle so as to inactivate catalase; (5) homogenizing and dispersing the inactivated material, and then carrying out centrifugal separation to prepare graphene precursor grouting; (6) repeating the graphene precursor according to the method in the step (2); 7) adding ferric chloride into the reaction kettle, and fully stirring; and when no bubble is generated in the reaction kettle, regulating the solid content of the graphene with pure water. The scheme of the invention can effectively act on concrete, and can maintain the stability in the system for a long time.
本发明公开了一种聚羧酸减水剂石墨烯添加剂,该添加剂由石墨烯液和减水剂母液组成。其中,石墨烯液的制备方法是:1)将双氧水预冷至10℃以下;2)将双氧水倒入反应釜中,加入有机酸使得溶液体系为弱酸性,充分搅拌,将膨胀石墨粉倒入反应釜中,充分搅拌;3)将氧化氢酶与纯水混合搅拌均匀,加入反应釜中;4)将反应釜体系温度上升,待反应釜中再无气泡将反应釜物料抽到加热器中,使过氧化氢酶失活;5)将已经失活的物料进行均质分散,再进行离心分离,制得石墨烯前驱体压浆;6)石墨烯前驱体,按照步骤2)方法重复一次;7)往反应釜中加入氯化铁,充分搅拌;待反应釜无气泡产生时,用纯水调解石墨烯固含量。本发明方案可以有效作用于混凝土,可以保持长时间的保持体系中稳定性。
