Large-volume self-compacting concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete engineering. Raw materials of large-volume self-compacting concrete comprise a cementing material, aggregate, an expanding agent and an additive, the cementing material comprises cement, fly ash and mineral powder, the aggregate comprises fine aggregate and coarse aggregate, and the additive comprises a water reducing agent; the raw materials comprise 289-329 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 49-67 kg/m < 3 > of fly ash, 40-62 kg/m < 3 > of mineral powder, 719-909 kg/m < 3 > of fine aggregate, 839-1079 kg/m < 3 > of coarse aggregate, 25-29 kg/m < 3 > of expanding agent and 10-11 kg/m < 3 > of additive; zone II sand is selected as the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate is formed by two-stage matching of pebbles with the particle size of 5-10 mm and pebbles with the particle size of 10-20 mm, and a Sika polyhydroxy acid high-performance water reducing agent with the water reducing rate of 28% is selected as the water reducing agent. According to the scheme, the self-compacting requirement of the concrete is met by adding the additive and adopting the low-hydration-heat self-compacting concrete, and the engineering construction quality can be more effectively controlled in a steel bar dense project.
