The invention provides slurry for coal rock mass reinforcement and a preparation method of the slurry. The slurry is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of sulphoaluminate cement; 0.1 to 0.8 part of glass fiber; 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol; 10 to 18 parts of carboxylic butadiene-styrene latex; 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent; 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent; and 100 to 150 parts of water for concrete. According to the slurry for reinforcing the coal and rock mass, the glass fibers are added into the slurry, so that the compressive strength of a consolidated body is improved, the physical performance is excellent, and the index requirements of AQ 1089-2011 high polymer materials for reinforcing coal and rock mass in coal mines are met.
